Aaron heads the Firm’s Corporate department. He has practised in two of the largest law firms in Malaysia between 2003 to 2020, namely Shearn Delamore & Co. and Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill. With over 20 years of experience, he has also advised a wide range of clients, both domestic and foreign in various industries, from public listed companies, multinationals, SMEs to start-ups, private individuals and foundations. In addition, Aaron has acted in numerous cross border transactions, including as lead counsel. Aaron is ranked consecutively by Chambers and Partners Asia Pacific 2024 and 2023 Edition for “Corporate, M&A”, and has been recognised by the IFLR 1000 as a notable practitioner and was named “next generation lawyer” by Legal 500.
Christie has been with the firm since its establishment and was admitted as Partner. Her practice focuses on corporate & commercial transactions, domestic and cross border mergers & acquisitions. She represents various multinational corporations and SMEs where she regularly advises on matters relating to corporate governance and general corporate law. Equipped with an MBA, Christie has provided legal management consulting services to improve companies’ contract management & compliance processes. Christie also has an active real estate practice with a fully integrated property portfolio, spanning across joint ventures & land development, property conveyances, tenancies & leases and strata management. She speaks Cantonese and is fluent in speaking and writing the Chinese language. She regularly advises Chinese corporations and individuals on corporate advisory matters.
With over 18 years of experience, Eunice Chan Wei Lynn heads the Firm’s Intellectual Property, Competition & Antitrust department. Prior to joining ASC, she was leading the IP department at Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill, one of the largest law firms in Malaysia. Her primary areas of practice are intellectual property, competition & antitrust, franchise, distribution & licensing and regulatory compliance. Her clients (which include multinational corporations, listed companies, government linked companies and SMEs) come from a diverse range of industries including fashion apparel, telecommunication, food & beverage, fast-moving consumer goods, retail services, manufacturing, education, hospitality, healthcare, and pharmaceutics. Eunice was ranked by Legal 500 as “Leading Individual” for IP and recognised for antitrust and competition. She is also a ranked lawyer by Chambers and Partners (Asia-Pacific) for “Intellectual Property” and has been described as “brilliant and accommodative”. She is also recognised as an “Asia IP Expert”. Eunice is a qualified trademarks and industrial design agent.
